I received a mystery gift of the Hammered charm ring with birthstone which is absolutely beautiful - I would not have ordered myself but once I saw it on my finger, I wear it all the time. The items I bought and ordered are great and my wife loved them but the only thing was I ordered the studs and got the earrings. You would be better not allowing people to pay for something and sending a replacement due them being out of stock.
