Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

At Orli Jewellery, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please read the policy below carefully.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be received back with us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Personalised or engraved items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Extended Christmas Returns

  • Orders placed between 1 November and 10 December may be returned up until 10 January.

  • All other return conditions still apply.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected.

  • The item price including VAT will be refunded.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

  • Gift wrap charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

  • Return postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges, Resizing & Store Credit

  • We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

  • Where possible, we may offer resizing or adjustments instead of a return. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Items must be returned to us before any resizing work begins.

  • Resized or adjusted items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative and will be issued for the full item value.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Free Gifts & Promotional Offers

  • If your order included a free gift, it must be returned unused if the main item is returned for a refund.

  • If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value from the refund.

  • Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded on their own.

Multi-Buy Promotions (e.g. 3 for 2)

  • All items included in a promotional offer must be returned for a full refund.

  • If only part of the offer is returned, the refund will be recalculated based on the items kept at full price.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be transferred to other orders.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage. We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit
