At Orli Jewellery, we want you to love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unworn and in perfect condition.

Please note:

• Engraved items and earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

• Orders that included a free gift must return the free item along with the rest of the order to receive a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds are credited back to your original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear.

How to Return

1. Write a short note including:

   • Your full name

   • Contact number

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

   • Any exchange or resizing request

2. Enclose the note with the item(s) and post to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

3. Send Tracked to the address below (keep your proof of postage & tracking number)

Exchanges & Resizing

Most of our pieces can be made bigger or smaller. Just mention the size you need in your note and we’ll do our best to adjust or exchange it. Exchanges are usually processed within 10 days of receiving the return.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please email a clear photo and your order number to
customercare@orlijewellery.com and we’ll sort it out right away.

Repairs

We’re happy to repair accidental damage or breakage for a small fee. Please send a photo and your order number to
customercare@orlijewellery.com and we’ll advise from there.

Important Notes

• Refunds are issued once we’ve received your return.

• Postage costs are only refunded if the item is confirmed as faulty.

• Items purchased via our website must be returned to us directly.
  Purchases made through stockists must be returned to the original store.
