How do I take care of my jewellery?
Sterling Silver - Gently polish with a soft silver cloth to restore shine and remove tarnish
Stainless Steel - Clean with mild soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.
Silver/Gold Plated - Avoid contact with perfumes and water; wipe gently with a dry cloth after wear.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?

I ordered a spinner ring from Orli. The ring arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was too big for the finger I wanted it to go on. I asked if it could be made smaller. It wasn't possible. So, I returned my ring, as per the instructions on their website, and requested a smaller size be sent to me. Again, my second ring arrived super speedily. And I am delighted to say the ring fits perfectly on my other finger. I have often looked at Spinner rings on line, but had never found one that I really liked. Until I discovered Orli Jewellery. There was a buy one get one free offer at the time of me ordering my ring, so also 'bought' a heart bracelet. The ring is sterling silver, and is beautifully made. It is everything I wanted it to be. Ordered a spinner ring and took into account the fact that these can be tight fitting went for a size up. Unfortunately it was slightly too big so had to be returned got a smaller size. The replacement arrived within a few days and is the perfect fit. Lovely ring and great customer service.
