This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered by Orli Jewellery using Royal Mail
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3–5 working days.

Personalised items may require additional processing time. Any extended dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Delivery Options & Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of order, not the date of dispatch.
Typical delivery times are:

UK Standard Delivery £3.95 or FREE over £50
3–7 working days (including production)

UK Express Delivery £5.95
1–2 working days

UK Special Delivery: £9.95
Same day if ordered by 11am Mon-Thurs
International delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, promotions or postal strikes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and destination.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly in the first instance and let us know so we can assist.
Delays & Courier Issues
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply to resend the parcel.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
We are unable to refund orders refused due to unpaid customs charges.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us at customercare@orlijewellery.com and we will investigate with the courier.
Claims for missing parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
