Updated review for the engravable bar necklace

I was contacted almost straight away after my review regarding the disappointment I felt in relation to the necklace received. They were very keen to try and resolve any issues. I emailed customer service, the necklace was returned and I received a new one with new engravings really quickly. It wasn’t engraved as originally asked or mounted correctly, however, after contacting them again a new one was received, again super quick delivery, which was perfect. Third time lucky! I’ve purchased many items from Orli and have never had an issue before. The customer service was excellent, the items are always fantastic quality and am really pleased, I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you to all the team involved with handling my issues and so quickly too.
