From our door to yours — always tracked.
- Standard: allow up to 7 working days. Free on orders over £50, or £3.95 for orders under £50.
- Want it sooner? Choose express at checkout. Order before 11am on weekdays for next-day delivery, including Saturday. Orders placed after 11am or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day, with delivery the following day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
- Special Delivery before 1pm — £9.95: choose Special Delivery at checkout for guaranteed delivery by 1pm, including Saturday. Order before 11am on weekdays; after the cut-off or at weekends, we dispatch on the next working day for delivery the following day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

- Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

- Keep in an airtight bag or jewellery box between wears.
- Polish gently with a soft cloth to bring back its shine.
Little everyday habits
- Keep perfume, lotions and harsh cleaning products away from your jewellery.
- Store pieces separately to avoid scratches and tangles.
