Returns
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
For hygiene and customisation reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings, engraved pieces, gift cards, or gift packaging.Returned items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original presentation packaging.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 10 working days.
Approved refunds will then be issued to your original payment method within 6 working days.
Where an order qualified for a promotional offer or complimentary item, returning part of that order may result in the value of the offer being adjusted or deducted from your refund, or charged separately if applicable.
Please be aware that initial delivery fees are non-refundable, and we’re unable to reimburse any customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs.
Return postage costs for refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
This returns policy operates alongside your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges & Resizing
Most of our pieces can be made bigger or smaller, or if you prefer to exchange for another style you can do this too. Please email us and include your order number to customercare@orlijewellery.com
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please email a clear photo and your order number to customercare@orlijewellery.com and we’ll sort it out right away.
Repairs
We’re happy to repair accidental damage or breakage for a small fee. Please send a photo and your order number tocustomercare@orlijewellery.com and we’ll advise from there.
Important Notes
Refunds are issued once we’ve received your return.
Postage costs are only refunded if the item is confirmed as faulty.
Items purchased via our website must be returned to us directly.
Purchases made through stockists must be returned to the original store.
