I ordered a spinner ring from Orli. The ring arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was too big for the finger I wanted it to go on. I asked if it could be made smaller. It wasn't possible. So, I returned my ring, as per the instructions on their website, and requested a smaller size be sent to me. Again, my second ring arrived super speedily. I love 'hearts', and I love the design of the ring. Size was not the same as other rings I have of the same size

Ordered a spinner ring and took into account the fact that these can be tight fitting went for a size up. Unfortunately it was slightly too big so had to be returned got a smaller size. The replacement arrived within a few days and is the perfect fit. Lovely ring and great customer service.
