Initial and birthstone personalised fine necklace
I sent for this as a birthday present and I never received it. I contacted orli and they looked into this and thought it had been delivered to the wrong address so sent me out a replacement which I received in the day of the birthday. I contacted orli again to say I had recieved it but would like to return it and get a refund but I’m still awaiting a reply 2 days later.
